This is a psychological condition that may include trans-sexuality, bisexuality and homosexuality, where a person may be in crisis with their sexual orientation. In trans- sexuality the subject may have chronic feelings of belonging to the opposite sex while rejecting the appropriateness of their own sex. This can start before puberty. Sometimes gender re- assignment surgery may be required
