Liberal Democrat President Charles Kennedy (centre) was guest of honour at the annual dinner of the Party's South East Cornwall branch, held at the Fowey Hotel. Eighty local Lib-Dem members attended the function and heard their party president sound an optimistic tone for the political party in Cornwall. Also pictured are Charles Onions (left), Chairman of SE Cornwall Liberal Democrats and Robin Teverson, who became the Member of European Parliament for the Cornwall-Plymouth seat in 1994.
