Bush Dog Collection

The Bush Dog is a small wild canine native to Central and South America, and is the only living member of the genus Speothos, and is closely related to the maned wolf, stocky build with short legs, and its fur is reddish-brown in color with black markings on its face, chest, and legs. Its ears are large and round, and it has a long tail that tapers towards the end. The Bush Dog lives in packs of up to ten individuals, typically consisting of an alpha male/female pair plus their offspring from previous years. It feeds mainly on small mammals such as rodents or rabbits but will also eat birds or reptiles if necessary. The Bush Dog plays an important role in maintaining balance within its ecosystem by controlling prey populations which would otherwise become overabundant without natural predators like them.
