The match took place at Edgbaston on August 27th to 29th, and unfortunately, Warwickshire emerged victorious by an 80-run margin. In this historic image, we see the Surrey team grouped together with their determined expressions and cricket gear. Standing at the back are notable figures such as Herbert Strudwick, who served as scorer for the team, and Andrew Ducat, a versatile athlete who not only played cricket but also earned six caps for England's football team while representing clubs like Woolwich Arsenal, Aston Villa, Fulham, and Casuals.
