Great Ouse Collection

The Great Ouse is a river in Cambridgeshire, England and is the longest river in England and has been an important part of the region's history and culture for centuries. The Great Ouse begins at Syresham in Northamptonshire and flows eastwards through Buckinghamshire before entering Cambridgeshire near St Neots. From there it continues eastwards to Ely where it turns north and then northeast to King's Lynn before finally reaching the sea at The Wash. Along its course it passes through many towns including Bedford, Huntingdon, St Ives and Cambridge.
