The theatre is owned by Nica Burns and Max Weitzenhoffer, who purchased it in 2005 and has a capacity of 1,500 people and hosts a variety of shows including musicals, plays, comedy acts and concerts. They also features an orchestra pit which can accommodate up to 40 musicians. The venue has recently undergone extensive renovations to improve its facilities for both performers and audiences alike.
