The game involves two teams of fifteen players who compete to score points by carrying, passing and kicking an oval-shaped ball over the opposing team's goal line. The game is divided into two halves, each lasting 40 minutes with a break of 10 minutes between them. Rugby has become increasingly popular over the years due to its fast-paced nature and physicality and has also been adopted by many countries as their national sport or as part of their Olympic program.
