Behind Pitt is Dundass dressed as a zany who accompanied the quack He wears a Scottish bonnet. On the right a grotesque man- possibly Desaix fires a blunderbuss into a terrified Austrian soldier, possibly Melas. A satire on Pitts subsidies for Austria, Bavaria, Wurtumberg and Mainz. The dignity of Bonaparte is notable in comparison with the other figures.)
