This print showcases an old engraved illustration of famous monoliths from various corners of the world. With the copyright expired on this artwork, it has been lovingly restored from the archives by mikroman6. The first monolith depicted is the Obelisk of Usertessen I at Heliopolis, a majestic ancient Egyptian structure that stands as a testament to the grandeur and engineering prowess of its time. Next, we are transported to London where Cleopatra's Needles grace the cityscape. These towering obelisks hold historical significance and add a touch of exotic allure to their surroundings. Moving eastward, we encounter the Obelisk of Theodosius in Constantinople (now Istanbul). Originally erected by Pharaoh Thutmose III in Ancient Egypt, this magnificent obelisk now stands proudly in another part of the world, bridging cultures and eras. Closer to home, we discover Suenos Stone standing tall on Forres' edge in Moray. This Picto-Scottish Class III standing stone carries with it centuries-old stories and mysteries waiting to be unraveled. Crossing borders once more, we find ourselves in Plouarzel, France admiring Menhir de Kerloas. This impressive menhir holds secrets from prehistoric times and serves as a reminder of our ancient ancestors' connection with nature. Lastly, St. Martins cross takes center stage outside Iona Abbey on Scotland's Isle of Iona while St Johns cross
