The artwork, skillfully crafted by renowned marine painter Norman Wilkinson, captures the essence of this historic city and its allure. Wilkinson's artistic talent shines through in this masterpiece as he expertly combines vibrant colors and intricate details to bring Edinburgh to life on paper. The poster serves as an invitation for travelers to embark on a journey filled with cultural richness and architectural marvels. Notably, Wilkinson's contribution extends beyond LMS; his creative prowess has graced posters for other prominent railway companies such as the London & North Western Railway (LNWR), the London & Midlands Railway (LMR), and Southern Railway (SR).
