"Exploring the World of Alphabet: From Babar to Epinal" Dive into the enchanting world of alphabets through captivating illustrations and intriguing stories. In 1939, the ABC of Babar series took readers on a whimsical journey with charming characters like O, S, M, H, and C. These delightful illustrations brought letters to life in a way that sparked imagination and learning. Travel back even further to 1885 when A. Quinn published "Album-Alphabet, " featuring engravings by Baron Ernest de Liphart. One particular illustration caught attention - Letter Q Querelle - showcasing an exquisite engraving that added beauty to this collection. The late 19th-century Epinal imaging continued its legacy with their Little Boys Alphabet and Alphabet masquerade series. The E depicts a slave serving his pasha while The Lie portrays a schoolboy punished for his dishonesty. In another edition from Epinal imaging, U stands for Uxoricide in their New Epinal Imaging's "Alphabet masquerade.
