"Pre-War Team Challenge: A Glimpse into the Golden Age of Motorsport" In a thrilling display of skill and speed, the pre-war team challenge brought together some of the most iconic vintage cars and talented drivers. The roar of engines filled the air as CM2 9496 Richard Reay-Smith revved up his Lagonda LG45 Team Car, DYF 187, ready to take on the competition. Not far behind was CM15 4837 Tim Wadsworth in his Lagonda 2 litre SM Tourer, showcasing its timeless elegance. Meanwhile, CM9 6757 Sebastian Welch confidently maneuvered his Bentley 3 litre through the twists and turns of the track. CM2 8809 Alan Brown joined forces with his Lagonda LG45 (791 XUT), pushing boundaries with every turn. CJ7 4578 James Morley unleashed the power of his Bentley 3-4, leaving spectators in awe. But it was not just about individual prowess; teamwork played a vital role too. As CM25 5117 James Morley teamed up with CJ7's Bentley once again for another exhilarating run. Anthony Fenwick-Wilson made heads turn with his Railton two-seater sports tourer (CJ7 4581) while also impressing alongside CM25's Railton (5130). Peter Dubsky showcased both style and performance in his Aston Martin 15-98 two-seater (CJ7's car number:4582), leaving everyone breathless. Last but certainly not least, Edward Bradley pushed boundaries in an Aston Martin Ulster (CJ7's car number:4583), proving that true champions never settle for anything less than extraordinary performance. As these magnificent machines roared down the track, they transported us back to a bygone era when motorsport was at its peak. The pre-war team challenge encapsulated everything we love about vintage cars.
