Yokohama Pier, Yokohama, Japan - The brick building in the back housed the Yokohama Customs Office Inspection Bureau - built in 1894 and designed by Japanese architect Yorinaka Tsumaki. The extended steel pier, which grew out of the original English Hatoba was designed by Henry Spencer Palmer. Date: circa 1909
