The print, created by Louis Auguste de Sainson and published in Felix-Edouard Guerin-Meneville's Dictionnaire Pittoresque d'Histoire Naturelle (Picturesque Dictionary of Natural History) between 1834 and 1839, showcases a captivating array of extinct fauna. Surrounding the dinosaur are various marine animals, including the ichthyosaur and plesiosaur.
