After its military service, N3630G was registered to civil aviation and joined the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) fleet at Ogden, Utah, on March 27, 1968. During its tenure with the USDA, it played a crucial role in aerial surveillance and support missions. However, its time with the USDA came to an end on August 17, 1979, when it was written off.
