Ford have been established in Leamington since 940 and employ a workforce of, 200 plus a staff of 50. During the past 10 years, more than £ 1 million has been spent improving and extending the foundry in Old Warwick Road. In this photo miniature cars, made on the spot from dry moulding sand, provide a novel souvenir for visitors at the plant.
