Princess Anne (4) and Prince Charles (6) walk through Green Park with their Governess

Princess Anne (4) and Prince Charles (6) walk through Green Park with their Governess on their return to Buckingham Palace after visiting the Queen Mother at Clarence House
Vistors to the Park were unaware of the Royal Children who were enjoying a little freedom. They were escorted from a distance by one royal bodyguard
The image was taken by Mirror photographer Arthur Sidey who had been tipped off about the stroll in the park. Arthur not knowing which route the Royal children would take asked two of his colleagues Dixie Dean and Bob Hope to cover two other possible routes across the Park. Arthur stuck lucky and got these exclusive shots of the Little Prince and Princess.
