Canley Ford has a new, neater look thanks to the efforts of these teenagers. The group who were dredging the bottom of the ford were from the City Challenge Project. They were also cleaning up The Riddings. They cut back overgrown hedges and cleared pathways with the help of equipment supplied by the City Engineers department under the " I Care For Coventry" scheme. City Challenge which is based in Drapers Fields, Coventry and run by the Outward Bound Trust, was set up to involve young people in community work.
