Parents and staff joined the pupils in dressing up as their favourite book characters - and among those chosen were Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter, Oliver Twist, the Hobbit and the Seven Dwarfs. The children, aged seven to 11, have also enjoyed puppet shows, a book trail, drama sessions and stories from the Caribbean. 10th February 1989
