Popular pony... Minnie the pony was the star attraction at a spring fair held by Quarry Hill Playschool, Waterloo, yesterday. Sophie Cuthbert, a member of the playgroup, took her pony to the fair to give rides to the other children. The event was held at St Michael and St Helen Church, Waterloo, where the playschool meets, and it included stalls, a tombola and raffle. Proceeds amounted to £ 55 to help pay for a new cover for the playschools outdoor sandpit. 13th May 1992
