Pupils at Saltscar Comprehensive School, Redcar, played non stop football for 12 hours to raise cash for school funds. The five a side marathon should realise 100 pounds, most of which will go towards the upkeep of the schools field study cottage at Farwath near Pickering. Fifteen pupils took part.
