A venture involving several hundred children has produced a multicoloured display of work. Pupils from state schools - Rawthorpe High, Moldgreen Junior and Infants, Dalton Infants, Dalton Juniors, Rawthorpe Infants and Rawthorpe Juniors - took part in a joint project on the science and technology of colour. The work they produced included weaving, dyeing techniques, different methods of transferring colour onto surfaces, mixing colour, marbling, splash painting and even a hologram. The work has been on display at Rawthorpe High and is now going to the other schools involved. 21st June 1989
