Harvest surprise... pensioner Mrs Edith Gill and Mr Clifford Sheard receive harvest parcels from pupils of Berry Brow Infants and Nursery School. The pupils are Rajesh Handa, Daniel Grindall, Catherine Gilmore, Darren McDermott, Nicola Denniss and Joanne Lee. Some 100 children made deliveries to about 150 elderly people. The produce was taken to the school by pupils for the harvest festival service conducted by headmistress Miss Brenda Lee. 16th October 1985
