Capturing a Glimpse of Royal Harmony - Prince Edward and Queen Alexandra with Their Cherished Brood

EDITORS COMMENTS
. In this enchanting photo print, we are transported back to the elegant halls of Marlborough House in 1888, where Prince Edward (later known as King Edward VII) and his beloved wife, Alexandra of Denmark (later crowned Queen Alexandra), proudly pose alongside their five adored children. The composition is a testament to familial love and unity. Standing tall on the left is their eldest son, Prince Albert Victor, Duke of Clarence and Avondale. To his right stands Princess Maud, whose destiny would lead her to become the revered Queen of Norway through her marriage to King Haakon. Radiating grace and poise at the center is none other than Alexandra herself – the epitome of regal elegance as she assumes her role as Princess of Wales. Flanking their parents are two remarkable princesses: Princess Louise, who would eventually ascend to become both Princess Royal and Duchess of Fife; and next to her stands Victoria – forever single but eternally cherished by her family. Seated before them all are two young princes who would leave an indelible mark on history. On one side rests Prince George – destined for greatness as he later becomes King George V. And beside him sits Princess Victoria - a beacon of innocence amidst royal grandeur. This snapshot from Memory Lane Prints allows us an intimate glimpse into a moment frozen in time - capturing not only royalty
