Poster produced for the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) to promote rail travel to the cathedral city of Durham. Artwork by Frank Newbould (1887-1951), who studied at Bradford College of Art and joined the War Office in 1942. He also designed posters for the Orient Line and Belgian Railways.
