(includes Kirk Hill).Lot 11 two closes of land, adjoining the south side of the turnpike road from Greenhill to Bradway, fronting to the entrance lodge of Beauchief Abbey, Lot 12 a close of land, adjoining the turnpike road nearly opposite to lot 11, called Briery lands.Lot 13 four cottages, with gardens, fronting the turnpike toad from Greenhill to Bradway, and a close of excellent land adjoining, now divided into two closes (clalled Stubbing).
