- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Technical information about this website's accessibility
Media Storehouse is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Success Criterion 1.4.10 Reflow (Level AA):
This may be considered a permitted exception under the condition of large graphics or images where reflow is not feasible without losing meaning. This refers to content that can be presented without loss of information or functionality, and without requiring scrolling in two dimensions for:
Vertical scrolling content at a width equivalent to 320 CSS pixels;
Horizontal scrolling content at a height equivalent to 256 CSS pixels.
This test passes on mobile devices and desktop devices in mobile mode. When operating on a desktop device in desktop mode the vertical scrolling content width is wider to allow for graphical content as the products are printed images.
Content that is not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDF's and other documents
We have replaced all our public PDF's and Word documents with accessible HTML pages. Our heritage collections, including scanned manuscripts, are exempt from current Accessibility Regulations.
Third party content
The secure transaction process may involve an interaction with the customers own bank for security validation and whilst those are outside our control we would expect financial institutions to comply with Accessibility Regulations and the user to be already familiar with their process.
Live video
We do not currently offer live video streams.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 26 June 2020. It was last reviewed on 26 June 2020.
This website was last tested on 26 June 2020. The test was carried out in-house by Media Storehouse.
We used this approach to deciding on a sample of pages to test. We began at the home page and followed the workflow through to purchase completion. Most of the pages are Photo Print Product pages and special attention was paid to those.
