Burra Model School that opened in 1878

Burra Model School that opened in 1878, now part of Burra Ommunity School. The town of Burra began as a single company mining township after copper was found in 1845. Today it is a popular tourist destination and one of the best-preserved towns of the Victorian era in Australia.
