Andrew Harrington, MG J2, High Speed Trial, Half Hour Blind, a traditional event for the VSCC Silverstone Spring Start, rather than a timed race, each driver is given a minimum distance to cover within the half hour - determined by engine capacity (of which there are five bands), during the half hour there is a mandated pit stop during which the driver has to remove a hot spark plug, proceed to a designated location, and then return to the car, refit the spark plug and continue to the targeted number of laps, The Hawthorn Trophy Meeting, Vintage Sports Car Club, VSCC, National Circuit, Silverstone, Towcester, Northamptonshire, England, 5th April 2025.
