This tunic belonged to Captain A W Keith-Falkconer. His yeomanry regiment was given hussar status in 1888. During World War One (1914-1918) the Oxfordshire Hussars were one of the the first Territorial units to see action, joining 4th Cavalry Brigade in November 1914 and fighting in many battles on the Western Front until 1918.); National Army Museum, London, UK.
