Built for the poster designer Jean Marie Mouron, known as Cassandre, made of weapon concrete and featuring a large workshop overlooking the garden on the ground floor, it is located in a 19th century residential area, close to the railway station on the right bank and the villa Bomsel d'Andre Lurcat.
