This case was used by Second Lieutenant H D Ziman of 8th Battalion The Middlesex Regiment (Duke of Cambridge's Own) on D-Day (6 June 1944). His battalion was part of the 43rd (Wessex Division) during the Normandy campaign.); National Army Museum, London, UK.
