The CAC had lost a court case earlier in the day which would have barred authorities from seizing the homo-erotic photos. The CAC had claimed the seizure would be a violation of their 1st Amendment rights. In an interesting twist, the CAC required that not further photos of patrons looking at the homo-erotic photos be taken. They cited that patrons felt offended and embarrassed at having their photo taken while viewing the explicit homo-erotic art.
