Framed Prints From Mary Evans
Framed Print of GLC-LFB - Dual purpose pump fire engine
The GLC-LFB was created on 1 April 1965. A series of photos was commissioned of each type of fire engine, either within or absorbed into the enlarged London Fire Brigade. The pump from Kingston fire station (K30) seen here is a Dennis manual diesel appliance. These fire engines originally came from Surrey Fire Brigade before being absorbed into the London Fire Brigade in 1965.
