Framed Print of Shandy the golden haired cocker spaniel who was transferred to a new master this week

Shandy the golden haired cocker spaniel who was transferred to a new master this week (Weekending 30th Nov 1957) and for a nice fee.
But his old master will pay the fee. It is 10 shillings a week for his food. Shandys old master Dr Gerald Capper of Portman Square Marllebone, London, advertised in his local paper for a good home for his family pet with the 10s allowance.
Dr Capper explained that he had put Shandy up for adoption due to the birth of his daughter Rachel.
Shandy was adopted by Albert Bullock. 24th November 1957 watscan - - 10/12/2009. © Mirrorpix
