The Lord Mayor posed for a picture wearing Davys fur-hat on his head. The reason for Davys appearance at the City Hall? He presented greetings to Cardiff from the city of Los Angeles which owes, it declares, an immense debt to its citizens of Welsh origin. - 18th April 1956. © Mirrorpix
