The poor old overcoat has never had a very exciting image - as most girls have always been glad to settle for something with more sex appeal. But Mr. Sellars campaign with its hint of nostalgia could change the shape of British winters. One piece of good news about buttoning up an overcoat is the price - it hasn t gone up since last year.
