Four men using a hydraulic platform and a special jelly substance began a fight to save the appearance of the building by banishing pigeons.
Working throughout the day, the men coated the roof, windowsills and other perching places with the jelly.
The jelly coated on the building does not become solid. When the pigeons land on it they feel unsafe and fly away immediately. 26th March 1973. © Mirrorpix
