Amongst a sea of powerful machines, one could spot CM18 9353 - Peter Mursall and Daniel Mursall behind the wheels of their iconic BMW 3 litre CSL, ready to conquer every kilometer that lay ahead. Not far behind them, CM18 9451 showcased another stunning BMW 3 litre CSL driven by Augusto Perfetti and Ambrogio Perfetti. The sleek Lotus Elan 26R, represented by CM18 9354 and CM18 9397, commanded attention as Augusto Perfetti and Ambrogio Perfetti skillfully maneuvered through each twist and turn. The Chevron B8 duo, John Emberson and Bill Wykeham in CM18 9337, displayed sheer determination as they pushed their limits on the track. Leo Voyazides and Simon Hadfield's Lola T70 MK3 B (CM18 9343) left spectators in awe with its raw power. Steve Brooks and Robert Beebee showcased their skills in the Chevron B8 (CM18 9346), leaving a trail of dust behind them. Jason Wright teamed up with Andy Wolfe to take control of the legendary Ford GT40 (CM18-9348), while Oliver Bryant joined forces with Grahame Bryant for an unforgettable ride in another Ford GT40 (CM18-9349). Jamie Boot took on the challenge head-on in his impressive Chevron B16 (CM18-9350). Last but not least, Karsten Le Blanc proved his mettle behind the wheel of yet another Ford GT40 (CM19-9351). As these remarkable drivers raced against time during this epic event spanning over a thousand kilometers, history was made on the track.
