"Remembering the Tragic Events of St. Bartholomew's Massacre in 1572" This captivating collection of images takes us back to a dark chapter in history - the St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre, which unfolded on August 24th, 1572. The engraved depiction of Admiral Gaspard II de Coligny's death during this massacre serves as a haunting reminder of the violence and bloodshed that stained that fateful day.
