"Who Will Rouse Him? Apathy in the Modern World" In a world filled with chaos and noise, apathy lurks like a cartoon character, silently observing our every move. Grenadiers and Light Infantry of the 29th or Worcestershire Regiment of Infantry stand on duty, but their faces reveal an indifference that is hard to ignore.
