Brian Hunter, a name synonymous with speed and skill in the world of motorcycle racing. Born in Coleshill in 1967, Brian began his journey towards greatness at an early age. In 1961, he participated in the Senior Manx Grand Prix riding a Norton bike, showcasing his immense talent and determination. The year 1960 saw Brian triumphing at the Southern 100 race on his trusty Norton machine. His victory was not only a testament to his skills but also a reflection of his unwavering dedication to the sport. In 1958, Brian once again proved himself as one of the best riders out there by conquering the Senior Manx Grand Prix aboard an FBS bike. This achievement solidified his position among racing legends. Throughout his career, Brian formed formidable partnerships with fellow racers such as James Hunter. Together, they rode their Tornado Talisman GT bikes (CM34 1659 and CM34 1682) to numerous victories, leaving spectators awestruck by their synchronized maneuvers on the track.
