"Cartwheel: A Journey Through Time and Culture" Hip Hop on a car, spinning like a cartwheel, breaking boundaries with its rhythmic beats and powerful lyrics. In 1808, a bull in a china shop caused chaos, just like the daring acrobatics of a cartwheel that defy gravity. The carriage arrives at the coaching inn in Launois-sur-Vence, Ardennes, France. The wheels spin as if performing cartwheels on the cobblestone streets. Inside the Great Hall of the coaching inn, laughter fills the air as children attempt their first cartwheels under watchful eyes. In Japan, skilled craftsmen meticulously create carts with precision and artistry. Each wheel turning gracefully like an elegant cartwheel. A Parisian woman in 1906 exudes elegance as she twirls her parasol while strolling through picturesque gardens - her movements reminiscent of a graceful cartwheel. The letters Y and Z come alive in "Yacht;Zebre, " an enchanting engraving from ABC des joujoux ou Alphabet des tout petits (1897). The zebra leaps joyfully into the air with all four legs extended wide like a playful cartwheel. Georges Hugnet's collage from "La Seventh Face du De" (1935) captures surrealism at its finest - wheels morphing into faces that contort and twist like whimsical cartwheels of imagination. Letter L brings us to "Rabbit, " another delightful engraving from ABC des joujoux ou Alphabet des tout petits (1897). The energetic bunny hops playfully across the page, evoking images of joyful leaping and tumbling akin to vibrant cartwheels. Letter M introduces us to "Sheep, " yet another charming engraving from ABC des joujoux ou Alphabet des tout petits (1897). These woolly creatures frolic together in perfect harmony - their synchronized movements resembling a synchronized cartwheel.
