And just down the road, William Littell's Chemist & Druggist store beckoned with its own unique charm. A fascinating cartoon titled "Poisoning by Food Adulteration" shed light on the dangers lurking in society during this time. It served as a reminder that even then, druggists played a crucial role in protecting public health.
