Wilson, North Carolina, USA - Oettinger's - The Dependable Store. The leading store of the town with the slogan: "It pays to Deal at Oettinger's". The card features a delightful motto on the reverse: "GOOD WILL is the disposition of the pleased customer to return to the place where he has been well treated" (U. S. Supreme Court). The first Jews to settle in Wilson were the brothers Henry and Leopold Oettinger, who opened a store in Wilson in 1860 after emigrating from Wurttemberg. Date: 1906
