Guy Edwardes is a talented photographer who has captured the breathtaking beauty of various locations across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and even Italy. In Wensleydale, located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park in North Yorkshire, England, he showcases the idyllic charm of this countryside with its rolling hills and quaint villages. During Storm Eunice on 18th February 2022 in Porthleven, Cornwall, England, Guy Edwardes captures the raw power of nature as waves crash against the rugged coastline. Moving further north to Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland, England, he captures a stunning image of the Aurora Borealis dancing over Sycamore Gap - a truly magical sight. In Hawes within Wensleydale once again we are treated to another glimpse of its picturesque landscapes. The sun shining through trees in Bolderwood within New Forest National Park in Hampshire creates an ethereal atmosphere that Guy Edwardes beautifully captures. Heading south along Jurassic Coastline to Dorset's Durdle Door at sunrise reveals a scene straight out of a dream - where golden rays illuminate towering cliffs and turquoise waters below. Traveling across borders to Stranocum in Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland during September 2010 brings us to The Dark Hedges; an enchanting avenue lined with ancient beech trees creating an otherworldly ambiance. Back home again but this time capturing urban beauty rather than natural wonders, Guy Edwardes photographs Newcastle's Millennium Bridge illuminated at dusk over River Tyne showcasing modern architecture blending seamlessly with nature. Venturing into Wales' Brecons Beacons offers panoramic views from Mynydd Troed encompassing Llangorse Lake and Cwm Sorgwm- it’s hard not to feel awe-inspired by such majestic scenery. Guy Edwards then takes us up north to Caithness Scotland where Castle Mey stands proudly amidst dramatic landscapes providing glimpses into history.
