Amongst them was CM7 9942 driven by Peter Chappell, showcasing the timeless elegance of an Austin Healey Sprite Mk1. Not far behind was CM8 0394 piloted by Charlie Birkett in a Mini Cooper S, zipping through corners with precision and agility. Meanwhile, Martin Richardson in his stunning MGB (CM8 0589) displayed both power and grace as he maneuvered around the track effortlessly. A true crowd-pleaser was CM8 0408 driven by John Avill in a Ford Lotus Cortina. The iconic blue beauty left spectators breathless with its roaring engine and lightning-fast acceleration. Avill's skillful driving skills were further demonstrated when he took control of another Ford Lotus Cortina (CM8 0384), leaving everyone amazed at his mastery over these legendary machines. Adding to the excitement was CM8 0002 steered by Stephen Pegram in a Ralt RT1. This sleek racer showcased speed and finesse as it sliced through the competition with ease. Similarly impressive was Theo Paphitis behind the wheel of a Ford Anglia (CM8 0489), proving that even smaller vehicles can pack quite a punch on the race track. Keith White's presence couldn't be missed either, commanding attention with his Ralt RT1 (CM8 0001). With every turn and straightaway conquered flawlessly, White proved himself to be a force to be reckoned with. Larry Tucker thrilled fans in his MG Midget (CM7 9952), demonstrating that size doesn't always matter when it comes to performance on the racetrack.
