From his early days as a newcomer in the 1983 Manx Grand Prix to his numerous victories and podium finishes, Lougher's talent and determination have made him a true icon in the sport. In 1998, riding for Honda, Lougher showcased his skills at the Ultra Lightweight TT, securing yet another triumph for himself and his team. Lougher's versatility as a rider is evident through his various partnerships with renowned manufacturers such as Yamaha and Kawasaki. In 2006, he joined forces with Honda once again to compete in the Superbike TT event, leaving spectators awestruck with his speed and precision on the track. Not one to rest on past achievements alone, Lougher continued to push boundaries throughout his career. Lest we forget some of Lougher's earlier accolades; standing proudly on the Senior TT podium alongside other legends in 2002 was undoubtedly one of many highlights throughout this remarkable journey.
