Justin Richard from the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team captures our attention with his steadfast commitment to service. As part of S-1, he ensures that every soldier receives the care they deserve during times of crisis – a true testament to his dedication. At Coast Guard Station Galveston, we witness another remarkable scene unfold before our eyes - crew members carrying a patient off a Response Boat-Medium at the station pier.
