Bertrand Russell joined protesters on London's pavement during a Committee of 100 demonstration in 1961 - another example of individuals willing to sit down for what they believe is right. Throughout history, these pacifists have shown us that true strength lies not in aggression but rather in compassion and understanding. Their unwavering dedication reminds us that lasting change can be achieved through peaceful means alone.
